防静电塑料周转筐是电子、电气元器件和设备的生产厂家用于生产、周转、贮存、包装所必备的，是有效地保护静电敏感免受静电损伤的必不可少的器具。防静电周转筐随着静电敏感器件的广泛应用，它的质量和防静电性能受到用户的极大关注。

规定对耐热性能试验温度为80℃，比国标规定的60℃有所提高。物理机械性能抗冲击强度，由于电子行业的周转筐结构形式多样性，对于一次性注塑成型周转筐和元件盒可以采用跌落试验，但是对于组装成型的周转架和车难以实行整体跌落试验，为此暂定为对塑件做缺口冲击试验，保证周转筐的可靠性。
